Very spacious apartment (we used the Deluxe apartment on the 1st floor). Very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location was good and comfortable with bus, tram and metro stations on walking distance (few minutes) from the property. The neighborhood is very good, lively, South Park is 10 minutes by walk and is very beautiful and big park, great for walking and be close to nature. Pharmacies, restaurants and shops near the property as well. Great communication with Dimi, as always he is very helpful, very kind and precise with information and instructions. I've booked few times at Sofia Family House for my friends and myself when I am in Sofia and need a place to stay, definitely recommend it! Also very good value for the stay.

I chose this accommodation because it was close to the office where I worked. It turned out to be the most comfortable place I have booked in Sofia. Large room with south exposure and mountain view. Very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. The metro is nearby and there are many stops for different public transport. It is close to MALL Bulgaria and an open market. There is a place to park. The hosts were very hospitable. They treated us to homemade cakes. My stay was very cozy. I felt at home. There are slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, luxury cosmetics in the bathroom. Every day the bathroom and toilet were disinfected by the hostess. This is my home in Sofia. I will book this room every time I come to Sofia on a business trip. I thank the hosts for their hospitality and cozy stay.

What a great place! Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the center and the metro, the apartment was very clean and spacious and the interiors were beautifully decorated. A great place I'll go back to if I'll be in Sofia again.

Dessi went above and beyond. She was very helpful suggesting restaurants, attractions, public transportation, and arranging a taxi. I requested the attic room and my wish was granted. I liked how facilities are designed and how much effort the Magicland team devoted to welcome their guests. A perfect mix between Bulgarian hospitality and Italian interior. The room was fresh, with excellent mattress and clean bathroom. I was also positively suprised to get a bathrobe and slippers. Enjoyed the garden and armchairs as a cool oasis in June weather. The metro station is 5-7 minutes far (depending how fast you walk and if you have the luggage). And the location is very central.
