The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around without any hassle. The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

Everything was perfect, but what really made my experience unforgettable was meeting Diana Cristina Pineda at the front desk during check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. Her warm personality and genuine smile truly set the tone for my entire stay. Diana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests with so much care and respect — she’s an absolute gem and the heart of this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the great accommodations, but because of the wonderful service and the amazing Diana Cristina Pineda. Highly recommended!
