Everything was clean and pristine and the facilities really reflected a family friendly atmosphere. For once, teens were not forgotten about! I wish more hotels catered for teenagers. The Waterpark access is what made this excellent value for money for one night and being able to use the park before check in and after check out made it worthwhile.

The location was excellent; nice area with lots of restaurants, cafes, and access to the train station. The room was nice and spacious, clean, with a separate private bathroom (many hotels we looked at in the area had no bathroom door or had glass walls, not ideal for two friends traveling together!). The staff were extremely helpful; they were always friendly, kind, and willing to help. The staff called a taxi for us several times, stored our luggage after checkout, and even charged my phone for me.

Let us give you an experience true to Bangkok. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly to ensure a comfortable stay. We arrived before checkin time, but they asked us to sit down with a drink and after half an hour they had one room free to move in. The hotel’s facilities, especially the pool where I could swim several laps by myself in the morning was top-notch. Also the gym.was great. The location close to the BTS was also ideal making it easy to explore the city. Still after reading some of the reviews I see that there are always some people that will never be satisfied.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is 33 km away. Fantastic hotel, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and thoughtfully planned. Comfortable beds with choice of pillow provided. Very clean, absolutely no "hotel" smells at all. Good quality bathroom toiletries provided. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel food is amazing, specially breakfast spread. And the best part is the location - just 5 min walk through the skywalk to all the major shopping haunts.

It has a health club that provides a tennis court and sauna. Free WiFi is available throughout. The room is good. But there were some small insects byte us. It was painful. There was a water block in the wastewater drain in the Shower area. We were in Room 1704 suits. Excellent Breakfast.
