The bed in the room was really comfortable, the breakfast was great and offered lots of options and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient to the city centre.

Holiday Inn Newport is situated in Newport, just off junction 24 of the M4. Very friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Arrived late at about 1am, room got upgraded from standard to executive. Room is very clean and tidy.
