Alison and Alan were the perfect hosts nothing was any trouble. The room was excellent absolutely spotless. The toiletries were lovely. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Breakfast was excellent etc cereal,fruit juices best butter.Full English sausages were excellent and I don't normally eat sausage. Homemade bread which was delicious. Lovely room Short walk into town. Great position for getting about. I did book holiday inn Taunton but cancelled as this B&B was cheaper and I'm so glad I did change as we had a relaxing stay.

Fantastic stay at the holiday inn. Room was great had a great sleep in the bed provided. Breakfast was really nice. Great value for money.. will definitely stay here again.

Overall Holiday Inn met our requirements. The rooms were very warm air con not great. Everything else amazing we will stay again. Great value for money.

Breakfast was to the standard expected from Holiday inn express, HOWEVER!!! The evening meal for my wife was a disaster…….. the choice was pizza, or Pizza basically, when I asked the young man on duty he offered Fish and chips……… that sounded acceptable, until it arrived, the fish looked like a sardine in batter, with a portion of oven fry chips, NO dressing, no presentation at all, in 75 years I have never seen a meal look and according to my wife taste so bad from a hotel group so respected by us. Very sad…….

Couldn't recommend this holiday inn more. Great facilities, extremely family and dog friendly, truly lovely staff both in the main hotel and fitness centre, very thoughtful ideas throughout the hotel such a dog biscuit/water station, indoor play area for little ones, kids eat free with adults, tokens to redeem for kids to have little treats such as cookies and milk. Honestly, it is a credit to the Holiday Inn brand.
