There was an issue with a utility not being available when I arrived at the hotel; it was quickly resolved and guests were kept well informed.

Exceptional stay! Free 5 min way Shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Bed is extremely comfortable, breakfast starts early what is convenient for the early flights.

They also offer a free shuttle which was very handy.

Very close to the airport and had a shuttle service. Breakfast included in the price. Price was reasonable. They gave you a discount for beverages at the Holiday Inn across the street which did have a restaurant for dinner and was very pleasant,

Great breakfast served from 6am. Easy to book the shuttle to the airport early in the morning. Room is what you'd expect from Holiday Inn, it's comfortable and a great option to sleep well. Very friendly staff!

We loved the Holiday Inn Express who received us generously and politely. They did recommend a restaurant or the Holiday Inn. We went back to the Holiday Inn for dinner and our male waiter and the food were both excellent. Good services and food.

Hotel had shuttle bus pickup by phoning from phone outside airport. And shuttle bus took us to train station next morning. What was good was that even though it was an airport stay one heard no aircraft noise and one was able to eat out in a park-like atmosphere at the Holiday Inn hotel across the road from this hotel. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
