I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, but what really made my experience unforgettable was meeting Diana Cristina Pineda at the front desk during check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. Her warm personality and genuine smile truly set the tone for my entire stay. Diana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests with so much care and respect — she’s an absolute gem and the heart of this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the great accommodations, but because of the wonderful service and the amazing Diana Cristina Pineda. Highly recommended!

This Niagara Falls hotel is within 1.3 km of the American Falls and Seneca Casino. The entrance to Niagara Falls State Park is 650 metres away. The rooms are amazing, everyrhing is recently remodeled. The location si perfect. You are walking distance from the observation deck.
