It was very clean, breakfast was delishous and plentiful. It began already at 6.30. Bed was very soft, shades closed completely. They even had an adapter I could borrow to charge my phone.

Convenient to freeway, safe and clean, our favorite IHG to stay in when we travel through Bakersfield. Love the breakfast choices too! Must give kudos to Vanessa, because she was so thoughtful and brought a cart to us to load our bags. I am usually on a can or walker , so we sincerely appreciated Vanessa’s professionalism and kindness!!

Ihg... wish I could receive the points. The laundry was the first time I've ever used it. Ice machines worked. Staff was friendly and added much to the stay. Rooms clean

Very clean!!! At the reception there was a container for clean pens and “dirty” pens so you don’t have to touch pens that other people touched. The room was amazingly clean! Not a speck of dust. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been in numerous hotels, but I was shocked at how great our experience was at the Holiday Inn Express, Bakersfield.
