The staff at Holiday Inn Biltmore West were wonderful. They go beyond in their service for the hotel guests. They were absolutely the best!!! The rooms were very nice, clean and extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. First time since my car accident in January, that I could sleep in a bed and not wake up with my back absolutely killing me. Woke up with no back pain.

Breakfast was fine, with pretty similar options that other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Room was very clean and beds were really comfy.

Never had a Holiday Inn Express that didn't have cinnamon rolls - the muffins were n/g!

Quiet, clean, wonderfully comfortable! The pillows (both soft and firm for each side of the bed) are divine and help road weary travelers get a great night’s rest. The room smelled wonderful when we entered, which was a plus. Will definitely look for IHG hotels in the future. (Did I mention what a great value it is — just great.)

The location to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the restaurant in the Holiday Inn are both amazing. Had great food and didn’t have to leave to go find somewhere to eat!

My partner and I got stuck in Asheville due to car trouble and the staff were so incredibly helpful and nice. They were my favorite part of the unplanned vacation. Cristina at the front desk was excellent and even let us drop our bags off before check in. The room was very clean and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I am a flight attendant and stay at hundreds of hotels but this is by far the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at and the best staff!

Everything! The cleanliness, the amazingly helpful staff, the well-maintained amenities, the breakfast (outstanding options!). Entering the lobby there felt like an oasis of calm and tranquility - just what we needed. Our room was spotless, serene, everything was well cared for. It just felt fabulous to stay there. I decided to join IHG Rewards based on my stay there and immediately booked another room at Holiday Inn in Ohio for the next leg of our travel.

Great staff, very friendly. We had been traveling from Washington DC to California and checked in to a hotel every day. We noticed that the only hotels that were perfect were IHG hotels. We've used them before in Monterey, CA and now, traveling across the country, we'll only stay in IHG hotels regardless of the charge. You are treated as a customer would want to, professionally, respectfully and with gratitude.
