It is a lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings. Although at the moment surrounded by a big building development it was very easy to get to and didn't affect our stay.

Holiday Inn Express Northampton is situated in Grange Park, just minutes from Junction 15 of the M1, and just 4 miles away from Northampton town centre. Luton Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

The staff are very helpful. Due to a bit of an issue (multiple rooms booked under the same name), there we re a bit of delay. The staff were very apologetic and offered complimentary treats.

The kindness of the personnel working in the hotel. They were the best I have ever met. Wi-Fi working perfectly. Complimentary shaving kit available at the reception.

Friendly environment, smiling staff, quiet rooms and a lovely bed, I also had an incident where I required some cling film ( I had a very new tattoo) staff accommodated my needs as soon as I made them aware, made me feel very comfortable, definitely will be returning!
