The lovely ladies in the dining room over breakfast were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for us and the food was great. Beds comfortable, would happily stay again.

Lovely and clean and friendly staff.
Annoying toilet situation in reception 3 toilets and two out of order only disabled one working for both men and women and had to ask for toilet roll.
Was told after asking that we could have used toilet next door in the voyager which is not part of the holiday inn express but owned by the same management

The Holiday Inn Hotel excellent location across the road is Lime Street Train Station have Day trips to Chester, Southport and many more, City Center less than 5 mins walk to shops galore
A cozy Double Room warm and inviting plenty of space, comfortable bed and Bathroom extremely clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast Room had a wonderful ambiance with a view to Lime Street Train Station you could select a Continental
breakfast or full English breakfast spoiled for choice.

The room was better than we expected. Larger and definitely cleaner than the Holiday Inn Express Chingford that we stayed at earlier in our trip. Location was suitable for our travel arrangements and the breakfast as good as any we have had in the Holiday Inn Express properties we have stayed at. Staff were friendly and obliging.

The location of the Holiday Inn Express is right at the heart of Liverpool’s Albert Dock, you only have to look out the window to be immersed in service history, step out the door and you are surrounded by vibrant hospitality options too numerous to mention, as we where in Liverpool for a concert at the M&S Bank Arena the location could not be better, footsteps away, and the breakfast can not be faulted, makes a wonderful start to the day.

exceptionally clean in a wonderful building. Not sure what I expected with it being a Holiday Inn Express.But, was definitely surprised. very spacious rooms with tea/coffee in the room, toiletries provided. A superb breakfast buffet was included in the price also. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. We was also allowed to drop our bags of early and they looked after our bags until we left. Fantastic stay in amazing surroundings, will definitely stay there again
