Room was very clean and comfortable. Heating on in the room it was nice and toasty. Breakfast was a treat, all you can want. Staff were friendly and quick at check-in. I went to the Harry Potter world so I got train in and then bus there. All very close to the hotel.

Just 20 minutes from Central London by train, this hotel just off the A412 has close connections to the M25 and M1 and is 2 minutes from Watford Junction Train Station.

Great location, close to the railway and BUS station. Recommend when visiting WB studio Harry Potter. Free bus starts just around the corner. Room was clean, provided everything necessary for our stay.

Spacious room, and loved being able to open the window for fresh air and view. We needed to stay an extra night unexpectedly, and Lacey at reception was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great !

Very very friendly & pro active personel, very good bed/duvets. Clean rooms, good TV, simple bathroom but a bath and everything you need. Room bathroom / bed was cleaned every day (we stayed 3 nights). Breakfast was very good & fresh. Very good coffee/thea, the pancake machine is perfect. We also had nice evening at the bar with good gin tonic and deliciois nancho’s. Amazing you can order 24/7 at the bar. The hotel is close to the metro or a nice 18 min. walk to the shoppig centre. When we checked out the reception asked if they could take care for our luggage for free, we could have a extra comfort in the centre before we took the train: very nice!
