An extremely well-managed hotel with exceptionally high standards for both staff and services. Easily accesible from the motorway yet surrounded by acres of trees and garden this is a little gem. Parking is plentiful and free. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and efficient, the quality of bedding etc was good. This is a hotel that aims to go the extra mile and succeeds.

We had a lovely stay with our dog. He was allowed to eat breakfast with us and have drinks at the bar in the evenings. There was a nice grassy patch to walk him which made it easy for us. A few fast food places close by if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and were always available to help.

The room was very comfortable. All items needed, shampoo, etc, were provided. The area we were in was quiet. The front deck reps were knowledgeable regarding transportation to the airport.

Holiday Inn Express Walsall has air-conditioned rooms and free parking. It is just off Junction 10 of the M6 motorway, 25 minutes’ drive from Birmingham Airport and the city centre.
