I like the hospitality, comfort, and facilities provided during my stay. I would like to thank especially the CEO (Vincent) who was very kind, approachable, and professional. He helped to slot me in for a last minute Xmas Dinner which was very memorable banquet for a very affordable price. His hospitality was more than exception. I like to thank him and his staff for organising such a great XMAS banquet. Will definitely come back and bring my extended family and friends to stay in this hotel (10/10). Kudo to Vincent for doing such a great job. The organisation is very blessed Vincent as their team lead. He is down to earth, passionate with his work, and great personality. Well decorated and modern hotel room fully equipped. I like the fact there was NOT the moquette which is old fashion and not hiegienic.

Great parts: 1) the room I had was bigger than normal and bigger than what I expected for the price; 2) the fact that a window in my room can be opened (although to limited extent )to allow fresh air in was a big plus ; 3) the air conditioning was easy to operate and function well; 4) the breakfast has great variety, quality and taste of food were beyond my expectation - I believe anything cooked was cooked by real Chefs for 5 star hotel; 5) Staff at the counter are all friendly, particularly Macy, who is efficient and knowledgable…. I was very happy and pleased therefore chosen to stay more days with upgrade of room.

The Hotel is very well situated near Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. Also, the breakfast was delicious with lots of different dishes!
