It was awesome, super friendly staff, and they were able to refer me to some really good restaurants. The pool was clean, same with the GYM. Rooms were always cleaned properly.

Love the building. The beautiful details and art in this building are amazing. No hotels like this where I am from. Especially for holiday inn. It felt very special. Loved he customization and the location is beautiful. Chinatown is gorgeous. Walking distance to 3 metro stations and is the perfect location. Two BIXI bike stations were within 2 minutes of the front door. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We had no issues and would recommend to anyone.
