The staff are absolutely incredible! So courteous, helpful and kind (a special mention goes to Sarah and Nigel in the restaurant). The breakfast is incredible- THE best we have had anywhere! Rooms are clean and facilities are fantastic! We will be staying at Holiday Inn Parramatta again.

Hotel very close to the airport and the room was a comfy retreat for the night. Loved the selection of soaps and shampoo and breakfast was also included in the price. Would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.

Breakfast was great as it always is at Holiday Inn Express although for some reason it starts at 7am on Sunday and since we had to leave to go to the airport by 7 we didn't get to have much. The staff did bring out some things before 7 which was a help.

I have always had an amazing experience with any IHG venue I chose to stay, particularly the Holiday Inn venues. But this experience was extremely unpleasant.

The staff was exceptional! We unfortunately had a canceled flight so we arrived a day later but the manager, Christian, was super helpful and allowed us to switch the nights with no hassle. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic! I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express and thanks again to Christian for fixing our problem so seamlessly!

Holiday Inn express was really nice. Staff were friendly and very close to the airport, as we were going overseas. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. The free breakky looked nice, but we had an early flight.Would stay again.
