BBQ utensils available for loan Even though it was booked out, it was super quiet, private and no crowds, which was exactly what we needed after a hard week. Morning koala tour was great and great to able to see koalas at your leisure.

Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock is holiday park located in One Mile, Port Stephens. It features pools with plenty of poolside seating plus a heated plunge pool. This property also includes a large covered jumping pillow, sealed roads for children to ride their bikes and scooters and a children's outdoor playground. Fast check-in, very friendly and competent front office staff members. The pool was lovely and clean, the on-site cafe had delicious food and coffee, and catered to our large group of 23 exceptionally well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the cottages are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place – 100% worth it!

The 2 bedroom unit was clean and had a full working kitchen. The property is just across the road from the beach.

Boasting a lovely outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities and free parking, BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park sits directly next to the Karuah River. The property also has a 250 metre long private jetty from where you can enjoy fishing. We have stayed here many times, in fact if visiting Newcastle or Sydney we make sure our return trip involves an overnight stop at this BIG4. We have never experienced any problems with any of the cabins we have stayed in. They have always been very clean and well equipped for our needs and stay. Would highly recommend this park.
