We’ve stayed at a lot of apartments in Italy and this is hands down the best value we’ve found. This place was beautiful, historic, spacious and so comfortable for our group of 6. The little things took this place to the next level, like 2 decent pillows on the bed per person, free espresso pods and American coffee, free cake and sparkling wine and an umbrella to use. And the most helpful and responsive host that gave us many recommendations and tips before and during our stay. The location is fantastic- right next to the arena but quiet at night.

The house is very confortable and homey, with everything you need inside. All is sparkling clean, the outside seating is drawn from a fairy tale. Perfect location for people coming to visit Venice, all you need is nearby - supermarket, pizza, bar, pastries, proximity of public transportation in order to get to Venice (the hosts will tell you everything you need to know). We went there just to have an intensive tour of Venice but would have liked to have a few more days there, that is how much we enjoyed it. And we are NOT the kind of people settling with shortcomings when it comes to travelling. I guess this should say it all...

Supermarket within a few minutes walk or the Spa supermarket for bigger selection within 5 mins. Apartment was quiet, warm and had everything you needed for a great stay. Security door and lift. Easy check in. Fabio easily accessible if you need help.
