What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

The property is very close to the city centre, you can easily get a bus directly to the city centre. Plus this house is ideal for families and groups. The property had pretty much everything from clean rooms to furnished kitchen. They also do provide breakfast, which is a plus amongst all the listed houses here. The host mandy were a great host and were readily available for any help or responses. I would 100% recommend this property to people travelling to Edinburgh.

Amazing scenery, comfy beds and plenty of storage. All the facilities and info that a family need at hand. Homely and welcoming. Debbie the host is very kind and helpful. We really loved staying here. Kids loved all the animals on the farm.

Excellent location, spacious home with all the facilities needed. Garden is a great size. Kitchen is well kitted out and shower is really great. Nice touch to have shampoo/conditioner available. Would definitely stay again.
