Fantastic secluded hideaway, loved the cosy decor. Log burner was so atmospheric and cosy. Little welcome features and small jug of milk so helpful! Will definitely be recommending to others and hope to return sometime ourselves. Beautiful setting close to nearby Battle.

Sara is a lovely host, and popped by to check we were getting on ok. Beds are comfortable, living area spacious, and kitchen very well equipped with staples like coffee, tea, milk, condiments, etc which was very kind. Location is terrific yet very quiet at night. 7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.
