It was lovely to have our own villa of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gates were always locked and the caretaker let us in at all hours. We arrived at 8pm with no food and no Spanish but with google translate app the caretaker arranged for a pizza delivery and even got change so we could pay for it. Easy 15min walk or short mototaxi ride to main square.

Cesar was an amazing host. Offered to pick me up from airport. Took me to change money and dropped me at the closet supermarket. House was great for my stay with full working kitchen which was great plus washing machine. Tv is lounge and bedroom both had streaming services. Was an easy 2km walk from plaza de Armas and shops. Loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Ivan the host is a total dude - no bullshit just a straight up honest traveler who decided to make and honest and cool place to stay. the facilities are great in teems of there being communal space and accomdation of a range of prices and styles from dorm through to a beautiful little villa I took and omg the view from my balcony. if you can afford or if your travelling as a couple get the dream villa the sunsets are wild

The property manager Jimmy was very helpful and pleasant. He answered our queries and helped us with problems. The property owner Monica responded to my email messages promptly. The property is good value for a group of 7-8 people who are on a budget and plan to spend most of their time out exploring. There were plenty of blankets on the beds.
