We had a wonderful time by the river, the mountains, and the beautiful nature around us. We also enjoyed the barbecue area in the evening during sunset. The house was spacious, clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. Everything in Olden was close by, and we didn’t miss anything. The host was very helpful and caring, always guiding us. I highly recommend this place!

The house is large, well equipped, clean, designed, and gives an excellent home atmosphere. The garden on the river is amazing. The kitchen has all you need to cook. We used the laundry machine and dryer - perfect. House is just 50 m from all supermarkets you need. Shortly, it is the family dream we had for 2 nights. It feels like we could stay forever. Don't think twice, if it's available, book it fast. It's the perfect 10 house. It is the model for any home stay we would dream to be in.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is calm and scenic, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to local stores and amenities, it provides the best of both worlds—serenity without isolation. The property itself is spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. It is thoughtfully designed with attention to comfort and functionality, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of natural light, and all the facilities provided were in excellent condition. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy common areas and comfortable bedrooms, everything was just as described and more. One of the standout features is the availability of an electric car charger, which was a major convenience for us as EV users. It made our travel plans much easier and stress-free, and it’s a great addition for any future guests who rely on electric vehicles. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient from the start. They were easy to contact, responsive, and very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that assistance was readily available if required, though everything ran so smoothly that we hardly needed it. Overall, this property is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or a group of friends, it has something to offer everyone. Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)
