Very roomy and comfortable summer (all season actually) house with all equipment you need. Just like home. Much bigger than expected. You can park your car next to it. Only 20 minutes walk from Utrecht city centre, but the nearest bus stop is just „around the corner". So are shops and a petrol station if you need them. Easy access to motorways. Good contact with the owner. There’s always somebody to help if you need. They speak english (it looks like everybody speaks english in The Netherlands ;) Beware of cyclists;)

Unique round houseboat, easy to find, deceptively spacious, perfect for family with teenagers as bedrooms were separated. Ideal for short stay, lovely location. Host was super friendly and offered lots of information. Ample free parking a bonus.

There was a basic breakfast available with butter (selfmade?) and jam. Really delicious and perfect for us, as we arrived late in the evening. The location is in the middle of green fields and a nice landscape. With the Uber it’s around 20€ to get to Utrecht. Really positive was the fact, that there were free bikes available, which can be used. Only the lights were not working, but this was okay during the day. Furthermore the host Stefan was really kind and helpful with a sightseeing tour for Utrecht and other recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay. Can highly recommend to stay with them.

We loved every single moment spent in the house by the lake. It was beautiful and relaxing. A big garden for the kids to play. We had a lot of fun going in the rowing boat back and forth. The house was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, washing machine, dryer, dish washer. The staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely come back soon! Recommended.
