The house offered exactly what we needed for a two-night stay: we wanted a transit stop, but it became much more than that, enabling us to enjoy the Hoge Veluwe National Park for a full day. Despite being close to the road, the house is located in a quiet area, and we really enjoyed our evening stargazing at the terrace. The village (Otterlo) is very pleasant and has excellent tourist infrastructure, including a well-stocked local Spar (closed on Sundays, but the one in Hoenderloo is open) and a lovely local ice parlour next to the mini-farm. The Park itself did not disappoint, either: we came for the third time and there were still places to explore and see some wildlife (deer), not to mention the convenience of using the free white bikes to move around. We'd definitely like to come back.

The house is very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very friendly and even called us in advance to let us know that the oven was not working. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The house is in a quiet and beautiful location.
