The property is just amazing. Nature, privacy and you. Thats it. Very good for a family with kids, clean pool, clean villa. Marko the host is very friendly and really wants that the guests feel like home. If we needed anything, he was there in 15-20 minutes. Worth every penny!

Our stay at this charming house was absolutely wonderful. The location is great - just steps away from a bakery, a café, and great local restaurants. It truly allowed us to soak in the relaxed, authentic atmosphere of Brtonigla ❤️ The house itself is beautifully renovated and designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, fresh, and ready for us when we arrived. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has everything you might need. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. We could relax completely, unwind, and enjoy both the house and the charm of the region. The location is also perfect as a base for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The host was lovely – very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. You can really feel that she cares about creating a great experience for her guests. All in all, it was a truly delightful stay – peaceful, relaxing, and full of small touches that made it special. We would absolutely love to return! Highly recommended! ❤️

Absolutely amazing villa, so spacious. Loved the privacy . We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so the pool was enjoyed every day. The villa is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Our host was super friendly and we had excellent communication. We flew to Pula Airport which is a lovely small airport, the villa is only 45 minutes away if you go on motorway ( the toll was under 5 euros each way ). Would definitely go again , hopefully same time next year .

You do need a car, but Porec is only a few minutes away. It's very easy to get on and off the highways in this area. The house was quiet, secure and very clean. The pool was also very clean and refreshing to swim in. We had plenty linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable and we even had a washing machine for clothes.
