From the moment we arrived at Dvor Pitve, we were captivated by the stunning view of the village. As we approached our accommodation, our excitement only grew. The house we stayed in spans three floors and is thoughtfully designed. It features underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous windows that bathe the space in natural light, and both air conditioning and heating—something we truly appreciated during our stay in March. On the middle floor, there's a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom with underfloor heating and all the necessary amenities. The top floor houses a cozy bedroom with a stunning terrace offering breathtaking views of the village and the sea. Waking up to the morning sun was an absolute delight, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The entire house is well-organized, inviting, and tastefully designed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, responding promptly to all our requests and offering assistance beyond just the accommodation itself. Our stay at Dvor Pitve was an unforgettable experience, and we would gladly return!

Svirče is a picturesque village, perfectly located, in the middle of the island...the location we were looking for. The house has a beautiful yard, with plenty of space for sitting and relaxing. The house itself has everything you need for life...and more. Marlena is very accommodating and full of great advice when it came to our vacation on Hvar. We would love to come to Svirče again, in the same house..of course🤗 The hosts have homemade products; wine, olive oil and vegetables from the garden...all very tasty. In the immediate vicinity of the house is one of the best taverns in this part of the island called Figura....

Everything was just great! The location was really good, you have your own private place only five minutes away from the city. The villa was very modern and everything in the villa was newly equipped. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and bedroom was also big and the bed was very comfortable. Internet was fast and you could watch Netflix in the evenings :) The pool and garden was so clean, we could swim the whole day long and enjoy the sun in the garden( you have sun the whole day in the garden). And pool and garden was very well hidden so you can have your private sphere with a very nice landscape view. The communication with the owners was very good, they answer very fast and they are very helpful. It was an honor for us to be the first guests and we would definitely stay again!:)

We booked last minute due to an issue with another hotel we had booked into, but Tereza who dealt with our reservation was amazing and turned a bad situation into the best decision we made all holiday. The villa was immaculate and very well laid out, with nice bathroom fittings and modern furnishings. The location was lovely, with fabulous views and sunsets. A car is advisable, but it is possible to get taxis to and from the villa to Stari Grad. There is a useful information booklet too providing lots of information and advice on the area. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, especially the caretakers Michael and Jane who greeted us at the villa and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

Too long, didn't read: Stop looking and book this property! More details, read on. Exceptional professionalism, courteous, responsive communicators and welcoming hosts. Property details and unit listing is accurate. Beautiful ocean views from the property. Unit is equipped with everything you need. Very clean and very well maintained property and appliances. Special mention that the front loader washing machine is clean and well maintained so your clothes get clean and smell clean. Beds are extra long and comfortable so you will get a good night's sleep. Market is a 5 minute walk down the hillside steps. Near the market is restaurant Lungo Mare. Our hosts recommended it and it is delicious. Antoni and Valentina are truly wonderful people and take great pride in their property and in hosting guests. Hvar is beautiful and made more beautiful by staying with excellent hosts. Contact the owners if you have questions or problems with anything and they will do everything they can to help. For example 1 of our group of 4 had difficulty connecting to the WiFi even when going outside the garden unit to the adjoining poolside terrace. The rest of us were able to connect inside and outside so your experience may vary depending on your phone model. Antoni offered to pick us up near the port and drop us back at the port when we left. We were pleased to accept his gracious offer so we did not need to take a taxi or walk our luggage up the hill.

We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 4 kids and enjoyed the stay very much. Lily already was at the house and explained everything. She as well prepared water(perfect automat to cool water) and vegetables, fruits, coffee,...for us. As she lives in Split we were in contact wiht her - we received a perfect recommendation for a restaurant called Pakomina - approx. 6km from the house. We mainly cooked and grilled outdoor. As there is only a small shop 6km from the house we made a trip to the beautiful town called Jelsa and purchased the main things with cooling bags. The house is directly next to the sea on a beautiful beach. There are enough comfortable sun beds outdoor and as well directly at the sea. A perfect holiday!

The location was absolutely amazing. Incredibly beautiful. The host was very nice and did her best to make us feel welcome and show us around. If you have a boat it's got really good access to other beautiful spots around the island but you definitely need to take a boat. The house has great potential and is very relaxing as its not in the hussle and bussle of town but it has not really been finished and we were there with 6 people expecting to have 6 good beds but that was not really the case.. I would recommend for 2 maybe 3 people. But 6 is too much. The local water taxi was good and costs 20€ in and out of town. Upgrade living on solar was fine. We were able to run the aircons to cool us down at night which was appreciated
