From check in to check out, this is the best service I have ever seen, the reception staff is very courteous, the waiter at dinner was awesome, he recommended great food and drinks from the on-site restaurant, breakfast was great, the waiter at breakfast had very nice conversation and interaction with my family and helped us get settled at breakfast, the hot tub made me relax and the kids too, the pool was amazing, the room was clean, huge and comfy, we had room 114, near the pool, they had a well stocked shop if you needed anything, I will definitely come back, it was a very nice break...

The property was modern, well maintained and clean. Also we have little ones so the room area was spacious and kid friendly(kids weren’t cramped). Room had all our Holiday favorite movies and shows available and nice big t.v’s. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options, our breakfast staff JOSEPHINE and ROXANA were so helpful. They really kept the breakfast dining area clean and tidy. And also restocked the food often and helpful with my children. I recommend putting a classy tip jar for the kitchen ladies ROXANA and JOSEPHINE.. or atleast during the holidays. The pool was nice but could’ve been heated more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The front desk Manager JAVIER was extremely helpful and had a great attitude and warm greetings. He was informative and even made sure we got our food delivery. Thanks again JAVIER, you’re the best!
