Fantastic staff, polite and helpful, very clean.& and fresh environment inside and out. Perfect facilities, onsite welness spa, and pool. In house dinning was amazing too, we experienced the buffet breakfast and al carte dinner. The location was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown CBD, but we had a car, so we were happy with it. They also had a water taxi and public transport close by, if required. Loved the gas fireplace in our room, and the cleaning staff on room facilities was exceptional. Smelt amazing coming home every day.
