Luigi was very welcoming & explained everything we needed to know; staff were also excellent. Place was central to all (Port, Toledo, metro, supermarket around the corner). Unit is across from Renaissance (Hilton) so area is safe, cab’s available, etc.. We were very happy with this unit.

The hostess was very helpful and courteous. The room was in a curious tangle of local streets with all the humanity of the area. Laundry hung high, older gentlemen sitting on gathered chairs at end of street, young couples on scooters, food in every direction. The bed was quite comfy.

I would like to have in the room some tea bags or coffee because there was an electric kettle. From the balcony on the 5th floor there was a view of the road, the square and the apartment building. The terrace was amazing with a relaxation zone, the possibility of sunbathing, and service. We used the jacuzzi and after breakfast a short rest under the canopy.

Excellent location in a lively neighborhood with restaurants and bars nearby, close to everything and easy to get to the iconic places in Naples.The room we were given was big very comfortable and quiet. Hilton our host was great always available to us and assisted us with everything we needed. Really a nice stay. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

This is a luxurious apartment with modern amenities. The room is of big size. It has a private outdoor sit out area. It has potted plants and a sitting bench too with covered canopy. Breakfast was of own choice served in the room on a trolley. Tick the choices of breakfast by filling a form the night before. And it is served at the designated time in the room. You can have it at the outdoor sit out too. The design is luxurious and with good vibes. This place is highly recommended.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean. Quality fittings. Very interesting antique curios scattered throughout the BnB. Very close to the Naples train station.

The location is great and the service ans staff well trained. The standard does not reflect the quality of Hilton from certain points of views. The pool service is good, the brunch was nice too.

Fantastic location close to activities and attractions. Attentive and helpful hotel manager (Mr Hilton), accommodated all requests. Large room; neat, tidy. Great coffee in the morning!
