This is a great place, same price as top AirBnBs except its closer to the subway and has all amenities provided. I would have stayed longer if I could! The guest service supervisor Shevon did everything she could to make sure every guest was treated with the highest respect. Amazing service!

The location is great - it's easy to reach using the public transport and lots of famous sights are withing walking distance. Midtown East probably isn't the most romantic location NY has to offer but it's a very safe one, even late at night, and that's definitely a big plus. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of Top of the Rock from our room. The windows also blocked most of the noise coming from the busy nearby avenues. The bathrooms are equipped with hi-tech "Japanese" toilets - this was my first close encounter with one of these and now I totally want one in my home bathroom as well :)

The staff were welcoming and outstanding, particularly Richard and Gill! We will never forget their kindness and care. It made for an extremely memorable trip. The property was recently renovated and looked great! The staff were so helpful and kind, made us feel so comfortable and valued guests. The room was a really nice size. My friend and I travelled from Australia and had probably about 140 pounds of luggage between us and all our sh*t fit in the room and we still felt like we had heaps of room to move around in. We extended our stay and the lady at the front desk managed to keep us in the same room on short notice. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay such a fantastic experience. I would book here again in a heartbeat!!
