Hilton Hotels in Pune

It had all the amenities and facilities of Hilton, excellent room and infra structure. But something was amiss and environment was not of Hilton, very local 3* feel.

Everything one can expect from the Hilton - helpful and courteous staff, great food and drink options, overall super positive experience!

The service was quick. Good staff and clean property. Property is well maintained as per the Hilton standards

It was ok..not that great of a place from Hilton brand standpoint

it was not at all as per description its a business hotel and has none of the ambience or feel of the brand hilton. I was so disappointed with the property that immediately checked out however the hotel refused to issue me a refund even though i paid on the counter while checking in saying its booked through booking.com and we cannot refund
