This is an exceptional property, their staff is top class and the only complaint I have is that they are not rated higher. They went above and beyond in their service and more than once their staff (mufeng) gave us advise about our itinerary that saved us a lot of time and money. The property is very well maintained and managed. Has a full fledged gym and washer dryer available for guests to use. Not only you don’t pay hefty hotel laundry charges but the butlers actually help to pick up and deliver your laundry back at room for no charge. Hotel Area is huge, rooms are good sized, with luxurious amenities, Pool is great - cool and clean - my family used it and didn’t mind that it was outdoors. There is a lively environment around the pool as guests sit out late evening chatting and enjoying, it’s good to soak in. Location is perfect - It is very close to national forest park, Grand Canyon, lake Baofeng and yellow dragon caves. Certainly helped save upto an hour in driving. Another thing of note is their spa - exceptional service and quality of massage. It is more pricey than the shops outside but you get what you pay for with outside by road spas. If you want a truly memorable relaxing spa experience this is the one. I had an ear cleaning, a body massage and a foot massage! Breakfast is good, first time I’ve seen pricing based on height / age - very unique. We had lunch and dinner just outside the hotel there are great local cuisine restaurants. They had a check in gift for kids which my son loved getting. I can’t fault the property specially after the experience I had at another property in same town! They helped me out with translation and support when I needed it most! Pls don’t get fooled by some other 9.9 rated properties in the area, read your reviews carefully and go with brand name properties. I chose Hilton and honestly felt I was at a world class property living up to the Hilton brand name!
