Great location close to Creek, Metro station and City Centre Mall. Wonderful staff who gave exceptional service. Great wheelchair access. Lovely pool area with bar. Will certainly be returning to this hotel as we really enjoyed our trip to Dubai.

Sophisticated design, cleanliness, staff !!! Stayed in this hotel by a mistake made by our travel assistant and was shocked by the quality ! Some luxury chains can come here and learn. Dont be fooled by a Embassy brand!!!!!

Everything was perfect. Since the arrival everybody was really nice and help us with everything (traveling with kids and they were really kind to provide family lodging). Thanks a lot to Andrew, Veena, Aamir and Andre for their help and kind support. The rooms are huge, the most comfy beds we have ever slept in, great views and super complete and with a lot of options breakfast. Just a perfect 10! See you next time!
