Everything is perfect Maybe only lifts are little bit annoying . You have to be patient and spend lots of time waiitng for them...but neverthless you can use the staircase. Especially when you got a room at upper floor :-)

Great location close to Creek, Metro station and City Centre Mall. Wonderful staff who gave exceptional service. Great wheelchair access. Lovely pool area with bar. Will certainly be returning to this hotel as we really enjoyed our trip to Dubai.
