Beautiful hanok hotel. The room was very big, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The sauna was also very enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent.

It's a pretty hanok, with lots of daylight and plenty of space, and such a lovely courtyard garden in front. The hosts were very nice, and let us drop our bags early and leave them for an hour after checkout, and also gave us a map and guide to the mask festival, which was really helpful. It is private and peaceful and quiet, and we had a very pleasant stay here.

The most luxurious place we stayed at during our trip in Korea. It was so so nice! Quiet neighbourhood, very welcome parking spot kept for us, and the outside and inside of the hanok are so beautiful. We felt really comfy and didn’t want to leave 🥲 Easy self check-in too!

We had a great time in Taehwa House! We came to Andong to visit Hahoe Folk Village, but weren't very lucky with the weather. So it was particularly delightful to find refuge in this nicely decorated and elegantly refurbished hanok. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and warm and swiftly answered all our questions. She even left some lovely gifts for us. We were so wet and cold when we arrived, that we just decided to stay in for the rest of the evening and enjoy the stay in the hanok. We would have loved to stay for a bit longer, but unfortunately time is always too short. Thank you vary much for a great stay in Andong!
