The accommodation is a traditional village clay and thatch guest house. The beds are very comfortable with mosquito nets and it was nice to have an ensuite shower room. The village is very friendly and safe and has a small but well stocked shop. A Village tour including volunteering in the village school, Nshima cooking lesson and a Zambezi sunset canoe rides can be booked directly with Alex (I highly recommend these). It’s nice to know the money raised is going to support the village school. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you to Alex, his family and friends for making us feel so welcome.

It was a pleasant stay in a decent place where nothing was missing. If you are not pretentious and don't want 5 stars, here you will find wonderful people, an accommodation where you have clean sheets, the same towels, delicious breakfast and light when the power goes out, they have a generator, a bit difficult with Wi-Fi, but in the end you can handle.
