this place was amazing!!! maybe one of the best guesthouses/hostels I’ve ever stayed in! the service was sooo good, and the family owning the place is the sweetest people ever! I arrived at 4.30 in the morning, texted them, and they responded right away and let me into the bed! they have free bicycles so you can bike into the centre of Hoi an in 5 min. They also arranged my train to Ninh Binh! And overall the dorm is great and clean, they have a cute garden and a really nice pool! loved loved loved this place!

Fresh fruit when we arrived and for breakfast too. Really comfy huge bed, nice decor, big en suite bathroom. They even allowed us to leave our bags there while we looked around Hoi An ancient town and collect them later before we left, several hours after checkout. Really friendly staff.
