The people were so nice and the location is close to the main street and to the beach. They use booking.com's chat to update you for confirmation and they answer fairly quickly for our questions. The staff were very welcoming and not only that, they have a restaurant in front of the bungalows and the food was really delicious and convenient. The beach is really not far (like a 3 minute walk) and our family did enjoy sitting outside in front of our room which was very nice.

Good location close to the main street with all bars/shopping/restaurants and short walk from the beach. Nice basic room with ac, everything was clean. Overall great value.

The location is good and the family running the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly! They helped me adjust to Vietnam, I got a SIM card and booked a John's tour with them. The room is as you see in the photos no surprises. Definitely going back again in December that I am visiting Phu Quoc again! The guy from Santorini 🙂

Very good location, very big room in the middle of tropical garden, very quiet allthough the main road is just around the corner, nice swimming-pool, the best buffet-breakfast you can imagine, very helpful and friendly staff.. . Vicinity of small supermarkets and many dining options, a few houndred meters from the beach and bust station for free buses, about 10 min walk from night market...

The staff were all lovely. Dat was really helpful, great to have a chat with and rented us a scooter at a good price so we could explore the island. The food was really, really good. I still miss my breakfasts.
