At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. This year is extremely hot in Ho Chi Minh. I have traveled here before but this year... its hot! I was amazed how well the AC cooled down the room. The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me

It is located 2.1 km from Diamond Plaza and provides luggage storage space. The guest house has family rooms. Cool neighbourhood with loads of eateries, cafes, and great access to nice walks by the river. Beds were really comfy, and nice balcony. We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner.

April is such an amazing host! She met us at our Grab at 1:30 am, helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. She gave us yummy fruit and her little dogs were so cute and fun to pet. The room has everything you need. The balcony is really nice and everything was super clean and comfy. I thought the location might be a bit out of the way but it’s actually perfect. It was nice to not be in the center of the tourist area but still very close. There’s even a vegetarian restaurant right around the corner. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all you could need. Breakfast was great, they made special vegetarian food for us each morning, it's great to start the day without having to face the streets in search of food.
