I was given good discounts. Every two days the sweetest lady would come clean the room very nicely. Location was good, veg food everywhere and walking distance to parks. My room was quiet. Responsive host all hours and all problems were quickly resolved. I was very happy and comfortable there. This place will always be near and dear to my heart, and if I come back to Ho Chi Minh City, I will stay here again.

The location is great, in a quiet alley, in an area of interesting back streets and alleys, where you feel you're in the real city, not just another tourist area,yet only a short walk to the centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all you could need. Breakfast was great, they made special vegetarian food for us each morning, it's great to start the day without having to face the streets in search of food.
