From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, everyone was so kind and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

The interiors are so nice and well decorated , especially as we visited during December. The place also smelled good! The fixtures were well thought out and the amenities were personalized. The water pressure for the 2 shower heads was excellent. Water closet also comes with a bidet. Bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Water kettle and hair dryer were functioning well and clean too. Air conditioning works well. They have a refilling station wherein you can get snacks and instant coffee for free which I appreciated. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We felt safe too, as we saw that they close the main entrance during sleeping hours with a roll up. They also have a coffee shop just downstairs that serves good drinks too! Great if you need a quick coffee and snack.
