They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. The guest house has family rooms. The owner, Phuc, is the absolute BEST landlord ever! She constantly recommended nearby restaurants and shops, etc. and even took us for coffee and lunch several times! Wow! Amazingly friendly! The location is also perfect if you want something quiet but still close to the shops etc. There us a kitchen and washing machine too, and the rooms have private bathrooms with showers. SO lucky I found this place! 🙂
