It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

The property is non-smoking and is set 400 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Great value for the location. You can walk everywhere—coffee shops, nightlife, Hoan Kiem Lake. Super convenient.

But it's totally surrounded on all sides by other buildings, so there is barely any noise from outside. Nice place to come back to and relax. The downside is, on the ground floor at least, the room doesn't get much natural light, but it's well worth it. Great value compared to other properties in the area.

It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!
