Spacious and clean room with a desk, air purifier and a/c (with heater option for the cold months!). Nice bathroom with hot water and towels provided. The family is incredibly generous and hospitable. They gave us warm jackets to wear as we only had summer clothes haha, and often shared food with us. We could get water and cook in their kitchen independently too. They also did our laundry without charge. Definitely recommended if you prefer to be located outside of the city, or if you want to work online (as we did). There is a bus that you can take to get to the centre for cheap.

From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, everyone was so kind and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Listen, nowhere in Hanoi is quiet, so you're gonna hear scooters occasionally go by, live music from the neighborhood restaurant, and a rooster earlier than you really want. This is still the most peaceful place I stayed during my 2 weeks in Hanoi.
