We got in at 6am, and basically had to sit in a park close by, but we took our chances and went back, just as a staff member was leaving. She was very happy to let us leave our bags, but did a quick check and saw our room hadnt been occupied the night before, so she let us in! An absolute living legend! Our room was stunning, we ended up staying another night. We LOVED our stay here. Highly highly recommend. Great location in a nice quiet part of Georgetown, but a short walk to M street.

From personalised scents in the room, welcoming with cookies, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with thoughtful amenities. Booking was a breeze. Dana and Ben were very patient with our questions and requests. Thank you! We had a 2 night stay here and metro was about 5mins walk. Close to a mall with supermarkets. 5 stations to capital one arena. Overall, I highly recommend this stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit DC!

There are a lot of small thoughtful things included starting from coffee cups, mini fridge, small toiletries. During my stay the host made sure to change the sheets and towels and was very welcoming and helpful overall. 100 % would recommend. It’s a great location and community is fantastic too. You can reach various bus stops pretty easily and Takoma metro station is within walking distance.

I love the location - I had a convention I was attending at the Gaylord and it was the perfect place to get to the Convention Center. A quick little jaunt down the street and I was there. It was a safe and quiet location which was perfect!
