The sound of the waves from the nearby seashore was amazing .The location was perfect for visiting the volcano national park and we recommend joining a trip to the summit of Mauna Kea . We would highly recommend choosing to stay here and do go and look at the beautiful sunrise at the point about 2 minutes walk away .

(and we travel a lot!!) the cottage we stayed in was perfection - from heavenly bed, through beautiful decor, big shower room, and terrace overlooking the garden, palm trees and the ocean where we sipped our morning coffee. The owners and staff are easy to reach, very generous and hospitable. Would love to come back one day!

The room is large and tidy, and incredibly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and seasonings. This place is a perfect home. And it only takes a few minutes by car to reach Walmart and many nice restaurants. Thanks to the landlord and the cleaning staff. This stay is unforgettable. The only regret is that I only planned to stay in Kona for one day. I really should have stayed here for the entire vacation.
