We called ahead and explained the situation, asking if they could please double-check and thoroughly clean the room for peace of mind. The staff was incredibly understanding and kind. Upon check-in, someone from the front desk personally walked with us to our room and went over everything together to ensure it was spotless and in perfect condition — and it truly was. The room was exceptionally clean, everything smelled fresh, and we felt completely safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the service exceeded all expectations. A big thank you to the staff for their professionalism and empathy. We would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!
