There is always domestic water at the facility (there is a problem in Ayvalik with water supply) due to availability of water reservoirs, so you never have problem with taking shower. The host is very interesting person, erudited, who you can have a nice talk during the evening tea or cup of coffee in the backyard of the property. We had no problems by leaving our bags at the early arrival, and leaving the stuff till evening after checkout in the reception.

Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and above all the kindness and friendliness of the host. The swimming pool is inviting and I had nice swim there. We were touring that part of Turkey and visiting historical sites. Hosts informed us about Priene ruins in the neighborhood, which we would otherwise miss. Thank you for that. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. We liked the location the most because of the private beach by the river in which you can swim with a private bar and the view of the Kaunos Kings tombs. We loved the proximity to the city centre and the rooms were really nice, we slept well. The owner is very friendly and helpful with planning your adventure.

This place is 100 percent suit my expectations. Loved the garden, the clean and chic room. The amenities in the room is great. They provide hair straighteners that my daughter loved. The rooms are spotless. The staf (gül) is so niceeee. She warmly welcome us. She even prepared us light breakfast the first day we come. My daughters love the fig tree in the garden. They let us picked the ripe fig. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee and tea is perfect. The location is very near of the center of alacati but remain quite.
