This place is a little gem hidden away on a narrow lane of Mahdia's old town. It's a traditional house with an open courtyard at its centre onto which all the rooms open. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the rooftops. We enjoyed the breakfast! This is a place we want to come back to.

Great stay at Maison Albatros. The host was very helpful even before my arrival sending me all the instructions on how to reach their house and him and his family made me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The room was very big and comfortable and the view on the sea was great. The house is a great starting place to explore the charming little town.

It’s a wonderful stay. It’s next to the madina of Mahdia which is the city center basically. We have a car so it’s very easy to go anywhere we want, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Dar Evelyne gave us an authentic experience where we meet local people and other guests. It has an amazing terrace where we had breakfast every morning. The view is gorgeous and with breeze it’s the perfect spot to chill out.
