The location was perfect for a one night stop before catching the boat to Koh Lipe. Local restaurants close by. The room was clean, the host was excellent ( he arranged boat tickets and took us to the pier in the morning.

Everything - Davide was a great host, the room was very large with separate seating area and balcony and really good size en-suite.
It's also off Walking Street on a very quiet lane.
Room was spotless and cleaned daily with new towels daily and separate towels for beach use.
Nice coffee and pastry for breakfast and 10% discount on restaurant food.....which was absolutely excellent.

Bayview Sunset is in a great location on Sunset Beach. There are amazing views from the restaurant which is right on the beach.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
The WiFi is fast and reliable.
The location is fairly quiet though there is occasionally some noise from traffic on the road running behind the resort.

we liked the location as it was quiet but easy to get to all locations on the island, the room was great very clean and towels and linen changed regularly we didn’t have any mosquitoes in the room which was great the aircon worked well, breakfast was cooked to order and very good, wifi worked well, hosts were amazing and taxied you around if you wanted it, we preferred to walk as it was well lit at night, but did get picked up and dropped off at ferry with our bags, we could book trips and transfers at the hotel, would definitely stay again!
